Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or the merchandise has arrived damaged, please give us a call to obtain the Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) and simply return the merchandise in original packaging within 14 days of the shipping date for a full refund, repair, exchange or credit (see "Returns and Exchanges" section for details).
All items sold are covered with an unconditional 14 day money back satisfaction guarantee with the following exceptions:
- Customer supplied images or other personal documents or materials. What you send us is what we are framing. Because the images or articles are not being produced by us, the quality of what goes in each piece is first determined by the quality of the photo or article you send us.
- Changes that are made after you sign off on a proof. WinnersFrames.com is not responsible for names being spelled incorrectly or for changes made after the customer signs off on the final proof. Because you will see a proof, you have every opportunity to make any changes in advance of production. WinnersFrames.com will assist in the correction process if you have made a mistake, but the re-work charges for changes made after a signed proof are the full responsibility of the customer.
On all the exceptions scenarios we will make every reasonable attempt to resolve the problem to your satisfaction and your co-operation may be required, but at the same time we reserve the right to determine if the returned item can be repaired/replaced or is it subject to a full or partial refund/in-store credit..
Items damaged in shipping
Freight carriers damage reimbursement policies differ, however WinnersFrames.com will make every reasonable attempt to reship immediately upon notification of damages with minimal inconvenience to the customer if a replacement product is available.
All returns are subject to the following:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by WinnersFrames.com must accompany all returns.
- RMA numbers must be obtained no later than 14-days from the date the product was shipped out to you.
- All RMA numbers are valid for 7 days from the date of issuance.
- All products must be returned in the original packaging.
- All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
- Shipping & return shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases.
Please allow up to 14 days for all refunds.
Please note: we cannot offer credit for items which are returned in damaged condition, and recommend that you use an insured carrier such as UPS or Fedex for return shipping.
Unauthorized Returns
Shipments that are refused without authorization, or that are returned to us because the address was invalid, are subject to a restocking fee of 15% plus applicable shipping and handling fees.
Pricing Policy
All prices are subject to change without notice.
WinnersFrames.com reserves the right to correct prices that are not input into or are not calculated by the shopping cart system correctly. We will notify all customers before such a change is made to the order to verify that the updated price is acceptable.
Currency
All the prices are in US dollars.
Payments
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Your card will not be charged until the order has been shipped.
Shipping
At the moment we primarily ship via UPS ground unless otherwise stated by the customer. We will also provide you with the tracking number as soon as the order has been shipped. Shipping prices listed or calculated on this site are subject to change without notice.
Freight for large and heavy items
Some items we manufacture can be very large and heavy, especially in large quantities. On these orders, we will always contact you first and give you any additional crating or shipping charges that may apply. If you would like to ship the items using your own carrier or account numbers, please note this in the comment section of your order.
Delivery time
We manufacture all of the custom plaques and awards on this site. Your order goes to production as soon as we receive your order and they will be shipped within 2-3 weeks from when your order is received. If for some reason you need the product sooner, please note the “in- hand date” on your order. Additonal rush charges and overnight shipping may apply. We will contact you and notify you of any rush or shipping charges or if the date is even feaible.
International Customers
WinnersFrames.com ships worldwide. Please note that you will also be responsible for any taxes and/or terrifies that your government may impose. We ship via Federal Express, UPS, and United States Postal Service and you will also have to pay the exact shipping charges and any other duty charges that apply to your country.

By placing an order at WinnersFrames.com, a customer agrees to the terms and conditions of the sale as indicated on this website.
By placing an order at WinnersFrames.com, a customer agrees to the total dollar amount of the sale, and authorized WinnersFrames.com to collect payment via the payment method the customer specified.
WinnersFrames.com reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time. |
